The only disappointment is that with HK Disneyland. They have all the facilities/hardware, but service/software is far lacking compared to Tokyo.

I was jus thinking of sharing about the same thingy! Met my Aunt 2 mths ago and we were sharing about our travel. She shared that a friend went to HK with 2 of her kids. Gal 7 and boy 4. While shopping at a mall her gal asked to play a ride jus outside of the store where she was browsing. She agreed and 5 mind later she sees no sign of her gal! She got panicked and went around searching. In the course of the whole ordeal… She also lost her boy! Stayed over in HK for 3 wks to search in vain.

There've been a lot of stories about missing kids in Disneyland - usually friends of friends. Do we know for certain if these are true or urban legends? -

Very sad cases. There is another Singaporean couple losing their only son there. The husband thought the wife was looking after the son and vice versa. Then the son was lost. The couple had purposely bought a child harness for the trip but the son complained that it was too uncomfortable and removed it. The couple stood at the HK Disneyland exit for hrs, still could not find their son. The wife went crazy.
Their friend recently went to HK but he left his younger son in Singapore and only brought the older daughter along. Easier to look after only one child and don’t want to take the risk. -

My recent trip was with my twinies, my 2 nephews and 6 adults! All the kids are below 4. So got my patents to come along. So we have extra Eyes. What I learnt from the trip is. When travelling as a family with young children, take it easy on the schedule. After all, it’s a holiday! It’s suppose to be fun and relaxing. But commuting in the MTR is really challenging. Strollers usually gotta be carried as most of the station gantries are narrow. Some still using the "antique" rotating barrier.
