DD1 so far never tell me she's English. She's very multi-racial, as long as it is fun, she will part-take. Like Deepavali, she will ask me for heena, Christmas, she will ask for presents, CNY, will ask for hong bao, Easter day will ask for easter eggs, Halloween, will ask for her costume, she also likes to bathe the buddha during Vesak Day, if we go to the celebration.

Actually wat dd meant was she speak english so she is english.. Any one that speaks mandarin (even indians) are all chinese... πŸ˜† That is when she is in N2 or K1... But she now knows she is chinese despite her mandarin is no good....

Loose my cool juz now while picking up DDs from CC.  :stompfeet:

As DD2 car seat is behind driver seat, I actually queue opp from the normal sequence, so that DD1 can juz go up from driver side n DD2 wouldn't get wet due to heavy :gloomy:
There was this couple, d wife is d driver, sounded her honk non stop. Then the man came stomping down from the car n yelled at me for cutting their queue. I tried explaining to him I didn't and in fact allowed a car n a taxi to cut my queue before I drove in to pick DDs. But he juz kept    at vy loud volume. Finally i  n started to :stompfeet:  . All teachers juz stood there watching πŸ˜“
What a bad example we both have set for our kids, but I also need to show DDs that we can't be a crowded whn faced w confrontation, esp if we are right.
DD1 cried, worrying he might :nunchuk: me. I realized I hv to be more careful if ever I :nunchuk: nxt time whn DDs are w me.
              What a Friday :frustrated:

Through new technology.. Was attending the blood cord talk and they are giving out 1st trial @ $25.. Using a device to scan the eyes then can detect problems... DD went every 6months when she was 6months.. Then at 2+ she alredy detected with high refractive error and refer to pd opti le... By then she ardy can read letters for the PD.. PD reccomend to wait till 3 yrs old and see astig go away or not but it didn't so have to wear glasses lor and check up every 6 to 9 months to monitor...

Oh, think I know which one, saw it on a show once, thot only in US, did not realise already reached our shores yrs back.
