Poor Wendy's, kena 3rd time flood. In the news just now, they have to line up chairs to evacuate customers who had to climb and walk on the row of chairs to get to ground level.

Was at the underpass from Tang's to Isetan Scotts....a little flooded at the area but people were having fun....some angmos piggy-backed on one another, and maids have to piggy-backed children too. but no complains, think people got used to it liao, or maybe festive mood. -
