WOW~ someone invited a group of choir members and orchestra to my new block and played few songs of christmas. I had never celebrate christmas before and i was so excited when i saw that!

25 years ago, my uncle did the same thing to get my cousin into one of the pokka dot dressing gals' sec sch. Of coz' 10 times less than the current amount stated.

Appeal rejected. Was told that PSLE score has no relevance or has little relevance during appeals. There are other considerations (unknown). DS can not understand the fact that school is accepting other appeals ignoring someone who has scored exactly equal to COP and given ACSI the first preference. Poor kid.

Hope to change topic from RI to HCI. Not sure if these are old information but it is new to me.
Was reading the HCI website, I just realised they offer Hwa Chong Diploma since 2008.
Does anyone knows how recognise is the diploma?? TIA.
And there is PLAP(Political Leadership Attachment Programme) for higher sec and JC students. The students were attached to the MPs and grassroots organisations.
This is to \"allow students to observe first-hand how sensitive political issues are handled by MPs at grassroots and executive levels....\"
Any opinion on this? thks
