Dear All: Do not mean for advertisement (as i am not the COSWAY member). I heard from my friend that COSWAY Singapore also selling the breadmaker machine at about $170 plus, but i am not sure whether is member price or not.

      Really! Where k get? My friend wanted to buy Z brand but too X for her.

      Flowermonaster,

      Can recommend you friend to get the Redman brand breadmachine from PhoonHuat selling at $130. If pay using cash got rebate of 1.5%.
I have been making bread for some years. Have used the Redman, Kenwood, Princess breadmakers. Can say that its very easy to make good bread with this Redman machine. Generally reliable. When baking tin leaks, just get a replacement (inexpensive) from Phoon Huat.

              Merry Christmas! 🙂

              高筋面粉 = High protein flour = Bread flour
              低筋面粉 = Plain flour
              裸麦粉 = Wholemeal flour

              HTH.

                    Read through some of the page, and found that some former said we can slice the loaf while it is still hot. Maybe this is my mistake. I will try to cool down first before I slice the bread for my next loaf.

                    Thanks, it is really interesting to read the success story. And also can pick up some tips on the bread baking. 😂

                      Hi honeybee, I am not that good in bread making but from my experience, it's not easy to slice the bread when it's hot. I can do it better when the bread has \"cool down\". Not sure if it's because of the type of knife I use but my knife is meant for bread slicing leh. :?

Can cut better, but still too thick when cut it hot. So that could really because I never wait the bread to cool down. The fragrance of the hot bread is too tempting.
