        Hi all.

i noticed that the forum for rvps seems pretty quiet compared to the other primary schools..perhaps we should try to encourage more parents to join this forum for sharing of information...:)

        Hie plan2012,
Yes! Would love to see more participative parents in this forum too!

        Hie nemofc,
I use online OneMap-Street Directory to check the distance. You can
        give it a try...

        Hi winth,
My child was a transferee into P3 in 2011.....I receive a consent form abt the camp in the 1st few days of sch....Nevertheless, you can just ring up the sch to enquiry......

        Hi Twa Tau,
How did you find out abt the \"streaming\" as in which classes are the better ability ones ?

First day of school for 2012! how did your kiddos do?

P2 are dismissed at 1pm while P3-6 are dismissed at 1:30.....a bit crowded at the foyer where caregivers are picking up the kids.....messy!

Time-tables not given out yet.......it was like tat last year too. Took abt a week b4 time-table were given & even then, we keep getting revised time-tables..... Sch have lot of time to prepare the time-table b4 term starts, dun understand why time-table are not available on 1st day of sch... :?

My kid in P2 so it was her first day in morning session yesterday. As we live in the west, the school bus has to picked her very early in the morning, at 5.30am, and only drop her off at 3pm in the afternoon. She was so tired and fell asleep 6 plus in the evening, skipping dinner. I wonder how is she going to handle when she starts getting homework. Quite heartpain that she has to go through long hours.

Hubby is ex-student that’s why. I don’t see the need to move near the school. Yes, agree it’s early, I’m still monitoring to see if I need any special transport arrangement. She’s doing better today. Managed to get home at 2.30pm.

My DD is in P4 this year and that was what the teacher told them last year. Also, based on ranking in her cohort. Not sure they have the same class ranking for every cohort though.
