Yes, the bus auntie called us last Saturday about the pick up time and pick up locations. You may want to call them if you have not hear from them yet....

Hi, those who ask for bus service and didn’t receive any confirmation, better call them asap. They said I’ve opt not to have the service but i didn’t receive any calls or sms and no reply to my email to them. And when I called 2 weeks ago to check, they make me go merry-go-round. Calling 1 of the driver who later said I’m not in his record and the office will call me. But nobody call me until I call them today, then they said I opt out… Very fed up now.

I gave up on the bus company. I emailed them but receive no response, and call them 3x but no one pick up the phone. And the last time someone did they promise to revert to me, and I haven't heard from them since, and my call when unanswered.
Decide to feedback to the school on such terrible customer service. :stupid: -

Missyjessy, I manage to called through on Thursday and when they check my record, it's opt out. I hightlight to them, just sms and calls, how can they just put me opt out like that. Them they said it's the bus aunty who told them. Anyway, it's reinstate. Think they are not very advance in technology. Using the old method of communication still. Oh.. i think they only back to work the last week that is why any communication before that was not entertain.I gave up on the bus company. I totally understand now you feel! I finally got a bus today. The driver say he will pick up my girl from today, and I though this is the end of story, but no... He say I will have to call their main office and update the registry... Omg... Called the office and told them about what the driver said, they also like blur blur \"got like this meh?\" attitude... *faint* :slapshead:
