The brown ones are the 75mm deep pans. Good for veggie stir fry and cakes. They aren’t the latest pans. The red ones are the 50mm pans. Good for roast chicken and beefsteak.

Thanks for updating! I thought they were the latest ones because that's what stated in LotteMart (Korea). Sorry about that!

Bought mine from gmarket. Delivered to home. Get it within a wk. Good pan. Less mess. Less oil usage. But heavy.

Depend on the size of ur fish though. For me i a palm size of promfet will fit in my Ocher deeper pan.

Most of us got the pans from GMarket the following is the highly recommended store:

                      BizJ - http://list.gmarket.com.sg/gmkt.inc/Goods/Goods.aspx?goodscode=404162282&jaehuid=200004249

                      BestGMall - http://list.gmarket.com.sg/gmkt.inc/Goods/Goods.aspx?goodscode=404809915&jaehuid=200004249

The Ocher deeper pan is selling at $68.80 and $69.90 in the respective store, difference is in their freebies. BizJ gives out 2 extra sealer which I think is better.

Also now with http://www.gmarket.com.sg/passioncard?jaehuid=200006470, u can have the Ocher deeper pan @ only $58.90, which I think is really a good deal, this promotion with passioncard last until end of this month only.
