actually what you heard is considered \"mild\". :faint: :faint: i know ..... :faint: :faint: but i've heard of worst encounters with some teachers. not trying to scare anyone here, but nasty teachers do abound in every school.
Happened to be there as was collecting the books from bookstore yesterday morning. So I asked my boy did he get scolding (cause I also let him wear PE yesterday :scared: ) He said teacher told the class must follow timetable which only distributed by yesterdayyenoscar:
Day#2
Teacher :\"Why are you wearing PE attire today?\"
P3 :\"My mother asked me to wear PE today\"
Teacher :\"Is your mother the new school Principle?\"
What do you think about the teacher's remark?
Known the teacher by sight cause I been at the school several times doing PV job past years, but I don't think it's proper to mention name & class here. Have been thinking whether should I report this incident to the school? What you guys think? Wonder the kid parents know about this? Would they take action or rather worry that the teacher will then be prejudice?? :scratchhead:
of coz you can feedback ..... although the principal say can approach him, parents can't be seeing the principal for every single matter. Hv got to teach our kids to hv the right attitude whatever the circumstances, whoever the teachers.
maybe can ask the P to read KSP forum for feedback? :rotflmao:
Can't agree more! We don't expect all good teachers in 1 school
I do believe in communication, whether it's parents-teachers or parents-children, hence have sent email to the school. Just to point out that the school/management perhaps should look into the teacher's ethic/conduct. We too have expectations for the school as well the teacher, just like they do for us as parents and our children as students

just to share, during recess, was talking to one parent (lady) who was taking photos of her twins who are in the same class. Actually, she was talking to my mum in law. not sure whether she is here or not, but I was the guy in office wear, perspiring profusely..
And Nikerocks, good to finally meet. :boogie:
That's good to know. Thanks!

ItIs not compulsory. Anything that is compulsory will come in official school letterhead.botakgundul:
I receive the math magazine and it's quite interesting. For parents that are interested, would you like to deliver the magazine to school or home? There's additional charges $20 for home delivery. The magazine itself costs $35.
$35 for 5 issues per term. -

CME = character moral education (in mother tongue)
FTGP = form teacher guidance peiod

I've clarified with the vendor, the magazine costs $35 for one year and there are 5 issues for each term. Total of 20 issues for one year. -
