Hi Nandus,
Hi redbutter,RedBuTTeR:
Hi Nandus,
Welcome.
Thanx for your warm welcome. My DD is in P3 this year. She was lucky enough to get in last year p2 as we shifted to cck. What level does yr dd/ ds go to in saps?
My DS is in P1 this year...so excited for him...he told me that he enjoyed school. that is good -
This is bad. Already my work takes up a huge chunk of my time and I will be doing PT studies soon.

Hi everyone!
My daughter is in P3 in SAPS this year. I'm also a newbie to this forum.
Hope we can share some useful insights.

Hi nandus,
Do you have any idea which 3 classes in P3 is the best class? I read from the newsletter that students with excellent result on English and Math will be place in this 3 classes.
Hi Nettie,
From what I heard, it's the first 3 classes. P 3-1 to P3-2.
My DD was in P2-5 last yr. this year she's in P3-2. Is your DD/DS in P 3 this year too? -

It's good to hear your DS enjoyed his 1st day in school. I find that after going to SAPS, kids become independent and some form of self discipline. I guess this is being inculcated in students by the teachers. It helps us as well especially if we are working moms. -

so ur DD must have done very well to get into the 1st 3 classes.
So i think it should be P3-1 to P3-3 then.. Did you let you DD attend any CCA? -

Hi Nettie,
Yes she did well for all her subjects.am proud of her as she is an indepandant girl and quite self disciplined. She did cca last year. She enrolled in visual arts as she is good in arts, drawing and sketching since young.towards the end if last year she was chosen for badminton and now says she wants to join that as well. But the school only allows 1 cca. Hence I leave it to her to decide telling her it’s important to do something which she enjoys, if not she will find herself quitting the cca half way through… -
Hi all P1 mummies/daddies…
did ur DD/DS bring back open-ended compre as a homework?
I think it is too much for 1st term or maybe a few weeks old for our little ones… -
Got a shock today! SAPS is moving to Jurong East temp for 2yrs. I am wondering if school bus will charge more for further distant during this 2 yrs.

Anyone knows when CCA starting?
