Guess they are still trying to sort out the capacity issue since it’s single session now.

My son’s bus uncle rented another bus just to ferry those boys staying around my area as his bus cannot accomodate all the children now that it’s single session. The positive that came out of this is that even though the school is now further, my son is back earlier… at least 20 mins earlier.

My 2 sons are also taking school bus now because of the re-location. Would anyone know who we can report the seat sharing, as I thought the new LTA rule states that all children should be buckled up. My boys have to share seats as they are one of the last few to board the small school bus. Also, they have been coming home feeling sick as the bus journey is too hot (as aircon is not cold enough) and they are the last to get off.

          Hi htbm,

How come can share seats? It's NOT allowed at all! Safety issue. Pls pls ask your son to buckle up when in the bus. It's not safe at all if the bus suddenly move very fast. My boy bus got bus aunty, but that aunty do NOTHING at all. Just sit in front of the bus when they pick up my boy.

For pick up and drop off, if it's not too much of a trouble, I think just give and take lah...last yr, the bus came in, but this time round, we have to go to the nearest bus stop coz there are other students waiting as well. 😞

I need help. I have been told that no school bus comes by Selegie Road, and so we have no school bus for our son. Does anyone know whom I can speak to?

I have spoken to the School and the School Bus Transport association.

                Hi P3 mommies,

My son needs to buy a Chinese book as instructed by the teacher, but he is not able to tell me the look or the name of the book.

If there is any P3 mommy who knows, can you send me the pic or the name of the book?

                Thanks

                  Htbm,

Yes yes, pls monitor and feedback to the school, I dont think it’s too much to ask for a child to buckle up.

                    Hi Jen

My kid's in P3.. the chinese books would have been in the booklist. If there are any additional books apart from those in the booklist, then perhaps you should just check with the teacher....

I don't remember my boy having to buy anything else...

My boy P1 form teacher has been absent since Mon & there is a relief teacher. As form teacher covers more subjects Maths English & etc. so I asked son what he does in the class. He said nothing as the relief teacher just busy with typing his lap top & kids were asked to do silent reading. I wonder is this the case with other class too? I gather having good form teacher is rather important.

My boy form teacher is only starting some lessons today. Full lessons will only start nx week for their class.

They discuss, play, get to know each other till yesterday. Will see what’s he’s taught for today.
