Good to have policy not to exchange and lend etc and to approach teacher.

Day 1 * DS told me another kid ask him for $1 and to exchange for $2.
DS told him cannot (fortunately).
Quite settle into the schedule. 6.30am bus. 8pm sleep. Eating dinner well.

I believe there are pple who steal money coz ds didn’t know where his money went too. It happened twice last year so we didn’t put money in his wallet (kept in the bag) anymore. Now we make him put money in his pockets. They don’t lock the classrooms so anyone can sneak in to search the bags.

He also brought back a Maths magazine, ds wants to subscribe, anyone subscribed as well?

my son is from from 1F too, as I saw from some parents that their son have done work from page 5 to 10 in their maths workbook but my son done none as well as his grammar book also none! kind of worried!! May I ask parents from 1F what does the teacher want us to do for the vocabulary list? My son was very fortunate that he have a very helpful p5 buddy who queue with him all the way and help him to order and bring him to eat his food! He too have CHICKEN RICE everyday for $1 and a bottle of drink for $1 and used up his $2 pocket money.

hi TonyThomasMum and mauricemum, my boy is in 1E too! (earlier one i typed the class as 1F wrongly when i asked abt bus no 17 in whc my boy is taking)


there is no homework, unless class 1F as mentioned by one parent. wow the teacher in 1F so on ah?

re the boy in the bus queue wrongly, i thot the bus driver is supp to go up the classrm to collect the boy? so the boy by right shdnt be sent to the porch outside GO if no driver collected him? he shd be still left in the classrm

Sorry not in 1E, so can't help. But I guess there'll be times when they forget things, lose things etc and will just have to face their teacher and live with the consequences? Then they'll learn responsibility. Some kids don't even write things in their planner when they're supposed to, so their parents can't even monitor their work properly.

I'm not subscribing to Adventure in Maths.
