      ER:

My DS didn't go to school today, down with high fever. Urrgghh. Can someone please let me know what happened in school today after you get your updates from your boys, so I can brief him! Many thanks![/quote

This is the notes my DS have taken today during class (1P3). Hope it helps.
And BTW, my DS's English Teacher wanted them to finish reading the book \"Empire of the Sun\" by the coming Monday.

Wow! :salute: Your DS is great! Taking such detailed notes! I checked with mine again (Ortus).. and seems like nothing of above have been mentioned to them... either that, or he has missed them all out. πŸ˜“

Ds’ class is doing Mao’s Last Dancer.

Ds passed me the form for Sec 1 Parents’ Symposium on 27 Jan to sign.

                :thankyou:

My notes are all gobbled up...

Is the 2.30pm dismissal for tomorrow only for ProEd or for the whole Sec One cohort? My ft didn't mention anything like that.[/quote]

Tomorrow stay back is for discuss CNY party details. Teacher said as long as they can contribute enough good ideas, then can go home. So it mainly depends on the boys themselves I think. Not necessarily 2:30pm.

                  Dear Jeannie & ER

Yup.. my DS updated that no studying today.. they were split into their consortium and met up with their form teachers. Not much happening today. πŸ˜‰ So, your DS didn't miss much.

Officially, lessons will start on Wed (11 Jan). They are to pack their bags based on timetable given to them today.

No lesson tomorrow (Tues) as well. They'll be spending most of their time in the auditorium tomorrow - listening to more talks. πŸ˜‰ Oh yes, they'll be dismissed at 2:30pm tomorrow - staying back for CCA Orientation.

Above are what I gathered from my DS.. hopefully I (he) didn't miss out much. πŸ˜›

Hope your boys recover fast! Take care!
(PS. My DS is in Ortus.. hope it's the same for all consortium :))

I went to check the calendar. It says that CCA orientation is on Wed, not tomorrow.

Mum.com -> hi my DS is also in Ortus. He is in 1O1. Which class is ur DS in?? His form teacher is Mr He DaCheng. Well he did not mention anything about staying back on Tuesday till 2.30pm. But his class was told to make a LANTERN for CNY. To be submitted next Wednesday!!! Tuesday also no lesson. He was given a website by form teacher to check HMT homework etc ( incidentally his form teacher is also his HMT teacher ). But cannot access. So tmorow must go back and chk with form teacher. He was only given the form for symposium. And they had to spring lean their classroom!!! Please connect if ur DS is in Ortus or in 1O1 class!!! Thanks a lot for the updates.
