My DS made a purchase last Friday in the school's bookshop and was not issued any receipt. We found out we have the item at home and I told DS to see if he can return it today.. ..I was pleasantly surprised when DS came back and told me that they gave him a full cash refund without any queries. Maybe this is a common practice in most school bookshops.. ..me suaku..
