you can try your MP and your MP will probably write a letter to MOE and the outcome will still be no.

how is MOE going to allocate another school to parents' whose primary schools are closed? if they allocate new or not popular schools, these parents will not be happy. if they allocate popular schools, other parents will cry fouls ! So MOE would just stick to the defined rules.

it seems that you are not familiar with the registration phases

If you have nothing that make you eligible for earlier phases, you should be registering in phase 2C. Balloting will occur for any phase should there be more applicants and available vacancies for that phase.

Balloting is required when demand exceeds supply, and it can happen at any of the phases.

Hi qms i mean my child was singaporean and i as his parent did not log in the 40 hours voluntary work. The school was new and no PV was allocated to all the parents for this year and next year P1 intakes.
