        Hi mUmmyRain,

I signed up to KS just to reply to you.

I think the address is not 99 Yunnan.. (right)?
Anyway, i'm also intending to sign up my girl there .. she is 4 yrs.. currently in another school ..

But due to transport issues.. i might be changing her to Ichiban..
        Is your kid there already?

i've read a few reviews.. stating that Ichiban is very academic oriented... good in maths teaching but ok ok only in Languange..

Well.. i'm going down for site visit to the school this sat 14-01-12....|
Do revert if you have any findings k..

Hi, thks for the reply. The ichiban which I went to is no 98/100 Yunnan crescent. I have not enroll for my son yet as we be moving in apr. Now I am still looking for a childcare or preschool for him. The branch which I went to does not really satisfy me as the environment does not look gd. The place like quite noisy too. You can go and have a look too. By the way which branch did you see got good review?pls let me know about your site review too. Thks

            Hi MommyRainy,

Oh... i think u go to the montessori one..
The one i go to is Ichiban Yunnan.... 51 Yunnan Drive (or Cresent)?...

            i went on a Sat..
Impression (just my POV and Humble tots.. i might be wrong though)

            Outside :
beside the school was this TH provision shops.. smelly.. with bird cage hanging...
Lots of those colourful plastic cars/ bikes/ slides, etc etc.. Looks very fun and exciting for the kids

            Inside:
the so called lobby area... the area is meant to be coloourful with lots of art pasted on the wall and such.. but i kind of find them \"NOT\" nicely done.. (sorry teachers)....
Maybe its the handwork of the kids.. but i tot there is a better way to display them.
            1st floor have 2 classrooms...
2nd and 3rd floors, more classrooms....

Impression of the rooms (very big spacious), lots of graphics on the walls...
            not that bad.... šŸ™‚

then again, i came on a Saturday. whereby its EMPTY.. no kids are there...
(only abt 2-3 teachers handling their teaching aids)...

so i cant give a real life situation of HOW noisy the centre will be.. and that will be my concern too.

Btw, saw the \"homeworks\".. its all in photocopied papers and stapler together... one piece for english.. one piece for math... šŸ™‚
