So looks like DS school is the norm and DD's school is not. Haha.

DD never did any practise writing or penmanship stuff in P1. I think I can count the number of times DD came home with homework within my 10 fingers.

DS was a bit miffed, he say jie jie is in P3 she should have more work then me, why am I the one with more work? Told him dun worry, mummy will balance it out. Hearing that, DD shot DS a look that could kill. LOL!!

No stellar during ur DD time??

DD's school was one of the first few schools to adopt Stellar.

Could be that DD is the kind who will rush through her work thus finishing them all in school while DS, who is more fussy, will take his time to make sure that everything is done properly and correctly thus cannot finish in time.
I see.. So they have ample time to do their homework in school?
So far DD1's work are completed in school. She did mentioned they did maths, English and what not. She learnt erhu during music class, it was fun for her becos it was in air-con room :rotflmao:

She will have her 1st tingxie a few days after CNY. All the hypy.......I make her learn the Chinese characters too becos I dun believe hypy will help the chid to learn Chinese. It will help with right tone in pronoucing the character but not recognising the character.

So good... DD school now learning how to sing national athem...

bigsnoopy....national athem? how come my dd never mention? šŸ˜“
she keep telling me no homework, so everyday just practice spelling and ting xie only lor. šŸ˜‰
DD hv homework leh but simple ones... Everyday practice?? :faint:

DS's spelling also farm animal related. From the book Farm Concert by Joy Cowley.

DD was like that too when in P1. For almost 1 month nothing but prawn noodles. DS has surprisingly been pretty advanturous. So far he had sushi, yoghurt, burger and jelly.
Wow... The school canteen have all this food?? Expensive?
