DD managed to speak with teacher but still dunno if she is accepted into the club. DD said she is taking it as a core CCA, think for clubs if you join at a competitive level (ie taking part in competitions etc) then it is a core CCA. Perhaps someone can verify if this is true ? DD kept insisting some clubs can be taken as core CCA ... :scratchhead:
Hi Orange Juice,OrangeJuice:
Hi Tinkerbelle, long story...here's an update. After I saw your post that morning, i quickly sms DD to go check with the Gen Office. And though the office couldnt find the forms, the admin lady was very kind and actually helped DD contact the teacher in charge (which DD couldnt get in touch with the whole day as he was teaching - a big thank you here to jtoh who advised DD to email and call for teacher.)
So, because of your alert on the form, DD went to GO and instead got to speak to teacher in charge that day. In the end, there was no need to complete any form, just write a letter with supporting documents to the teacher in charge justifying why the club should accept her as a member. DD is still waiting for outcome...
So, BIG BIG THANK YOUs to you Tinkerbelle and jtoh (the teacher actually replied DD's email) for being so kind and helpful.

Glad your DD managed to get hold of the teacher-in-charge and it all worked out in the end...
Will Science Club be a merit CCA for your DD? All the best to your DD with the outcome. :xedfingers: -

I know a few people taking sci club as a core CCA.

If the account is already created, then username and password are both NRIC, if they didn't change it.
