My dd missed her lesson and the carnival On friday. Any impt info she may have missed?

On 25 Jan, her class, 1B, is having character role play for the reading festival. Guess it will be fun for the kid . what a pleasant lunar year opening for the kids.

Just realised i have just promoted to yellow belt.. Pleasant surpise too! :boogie:

don't think your dd missed much. just the games and fun.

don't know if it is too late ... but 1B kids are supposed to prepare a short \"talk\" about their story book, in case they are selected to present. start off with \"good afternoon mr chua, mr chew and mr poh. I am [name] from 1 Brilliance. i'm going to tell you about [book title]\" .... something like that lah. easy easy one. just fun and no stress.

and remember to come dressed up as the character of your book.

Oh,the presentation was done in hall?I thought it was in class?

I prepared dd's props but in e end,she said she disn't wana use them.waste my time!? Upset with her...tr thought that she didn't prepare~~

My boy is in KCPPS - Pri 1-B (2012), anyone care to comment on the progress with your kid? My boy have recieved quite a few complains from form teacher since day 1- mainly due to he mis-behave, poor focus in class, talkative, and today, standing too close to the 2nd floor ledge & was rude to teacher. I do not want to over-react, but any advice what i should do?
Both hubby & myself working , and grandma looks after him (my boy is the only kid).

My dd is from IB too. Have also been receiving feedback almost every day esp today is the third day of chinese new year still hear such -ve comments so I can relate how you feel.
