DH sent DS to sch tis morning.. n i din even realised my alarm rang.. :skeptical:
DD1 woke up at 7ish.. but DD2 was still slping.. guess she muz b super tired as well.. -

Start of school liao...my DS#2 is out of action....since b4 CNY...still coughing....with fever too.... now DS#3 is starting to cough & DS1 is phelgmy
anyway...I learnt recently that the \"drinking 8 glasses of water a day\" may not be that applicable. This study was conducted in WWII following the soldiers deployment in the battlefield. And, this 8 glasses of water a day was also easy to remember (I think it was drink eight 8 oz glass of water).
As everyone is of different mass and takes part in different activities, I hear that the new rule of thumb is to drink as much water until your pee turns clear.
& of course if you believe in TCM, the water should not be gulped down all @ once, it should be drank slowly & intermittently.
