Or only Chinese costume?

Btw, does any parent here have the school calendar of events for term 1? I need to know the dates for the parent's workshop and meet the parent's session so I can submit my leave applns early. I lost the calendar :slapshead:

My DS did not mention wearing casual clothes to school tomorrow. I also did not receive any notice so I will still let him wear school uniform tomorrow.

we are also due for 2012 registration

we are still thinking whether to send our DD to TGPS or TVPS (because of their inhouse AFC)...

TVPS is Townsville?

We visited AMKPS, TVPS and TGPS (last). AMKPS gave us the impression that discipline is good. We witness the kids gathering for assembly and it was well conducted. But the school seemed to be undergoing construction then so we gave it up.

oh.. AMKPS on reno; we nv thot of this sch but Mayflower. DH said the morning traffic can be quite bad, so we give up Mayflower...

we are on the bishan side..but nearer to Marymount Road, so the schools within 1km are CH, TGPS, TVPS & AMKPS. Hv u heard any reviews abt TVPS? seems very little info on this school...

A co-worker of mine has her kids in TVPS also. Heard from her that TVPS has a change of principal (or vice-principal) just a few years back. The school is making progress. Her kids quite happy there. She told me that one the first few weeks, the school will actually give an update to the parents on the progress of the students. I am not sure if this is still practice now. May be you can go visit the school to see if you like what you see.

TVPS was on partial session last year. Not sure if it is going to be move to single session soon. If that is one factor to consider, you may want to find out too.

BTW, anyone has any update on the situation of the school canteen? Are the students getting their lunch on time?

My girl told me that school is doing survey on choices/varieties for canteen food for lunch, so i believe we are looking at changes in near future.

hi there. newbie here. and my gal is due for P1 registration this yr. been to TV, AMKPS thread but seems like this thread is the most active! Am still considering TGPS or TV as TV is nearer to my place.
