Hi hi, I just bought Happycall :)) need your advice how to \"season\" the pan before cooking. Any idea?

oops, I just use after normal detergent wash, no \"season\" or whatsoever.

The electrical store at basement of united sq is selling the happycall. i saw two type there , one small(70plus) , one bigger ($98).

The store is Mega Discount Store.

Saw the pans this past weekend. The one labelled 24cm is going for $79, and the one labelled 28cm is selling at $108.

I've just received my HCP this Jan. Bought thru Korean website @$52.20 πŸ•Ί

Have since then follow the recipe online, and tried few of the dishes. Very impressive thou. and enjoying using it.. But I would think baking still best done in the oven.

Now everynight, the kids will ask \"Which one of the dish on the table is cooked using the HappyCall?\".. :rotflmao: :rotflmao: They are praising it too.. :imcool:

Wooh! Finally finished reading all 87 pages of the thread!! Noticed this HCP a few months back on gmkt and was wondering what's so fantastic abt it. Now drooling over both pan and food pics posted... The no mess, oil free kitchen, no major cleaning did me in, lol!

Gonna place my order for regular 55mm pan later today with one of the reliable sellers mentioned by the many HCP fans here! πŸ˜‰

Placed order for my HCP pan with Smart Green Style on Wed and shipped out on Thu morning. Can't wait to receive it! SGS seems to have good after sales service from the review that I read. πŸ†’

Hi Everyone who has been cooking with HCP,

I have a Neoflam frying pan and the ceramic coating doesn’t seem to be as non-stick as when it was new. I wonder if HCP also has this problem?

                    Thanks

Hi angell, HCP does not have this problem. I am wondering if u have greased ur pan and then heat it up 1st before your 1st use. This is to season the pan.
