My boy said that they would be sleeping in the classroom. Hence, no tents required. Nevertheless, Mr Aaron Koh showed them how to pitch a tent.

Bathing - if I understood correctly, teachers would fill buckets of water. The children would then scoop up the water from the buckets and bath.

Sleeping - sleeping bag is required. No bed in the classroom. 😉 Not sure what other bedding facilities you were expecting, titank.

The bathing part is so funny...imagine the number of buckets they need to have....

My DS finally opened his golden mouth. He told me teacher asked them to bring whatever PE gear that they have and they are going to frog farm(?????- need to be confirmed). All meals will be provided by the school.

                Dino Mummy,

DS told me teacher gave surprise spelling/dictation words, like what you mentioned not in the usual spelling list. So means the kids need to be on their toes all the time…poor thing.

                QMS,

Was it really surprise spelling/dictation on top of normal spelling and phrases or again my DS did not listen to the teacher?

For last week's spelling, Ms Lam did tell the students beforehand what would be tested. She also told them there would be unseen dictation.

Prior to the spelling last week, she also said she might test the students on words not in the spelling list. However, she told them to learn the words and phrases in the spelling list, nevertheless.
