I am using the Panasonic non steam iron to iron my clothes but the results after iron was no good. I thought of changing to a normal steam iron. Can anyone advise on what brand to buy. I went to take a look at a few brand and the promoter recommended me philips brand. Which is better philips or tefal?

Didn’t find my previous Tefal good. My mom’s $100+ Braun almost made me fainted when I tried to help her iron. She also said that it was BAD! Clothes just don’t straighten nicely.

Rowenta Steamium leaves a nice finish. Don’t know about the rest but read reviews that you should buy only those made in Germany. That should range from $100 to $180 here.

Just know that after I became maidless, I use dryer for every wash. My utility bill is lesser by about $50 than when I had a maid and don't use dryer.
