Think so. It was one of the many forms we had to fill in. They reminded us to bring our acc no there so that we can fill in giro forms.

Hi all mummy, my son says must bring his baby photo for show n tell. But I remember the ca form says show n tell is "favourite animal"? He then say it’s baby animal! Anyone knows if it’s his baby photo or animal’s? It was not written in the handbook.

Anyone know that if is a requirement to buy guzheng? once cmf acceptance by the teacher
As for the nails, I checked with the teacher and was told is ok to buy after the assessment (after the 3rd lesson)
