      Hi concern2...

Well that is currently once a week. However, I know the school will start other progs soon so it may be twice a week. they also attend classes outside of school which means another 2 days is gone! weekends are also filled with religious classes and what nots. Im doing my best to keep their Sundays free...so I dont disturb them on Sundays especially! Though I can tutor them myself at home..theres just a certain magic when its not your own mum tutoring them but a different teacher teaching them!
Anyway dont worry too much...enjoy the time with your children now...we need to live in the present! 🙂

        Careermum:
Less TV, less Sunday outings. Now weekends are for homework & studies.

        Careermum,

I second to that! Absolutely true. Our Sundays are for swimming, then go home to finish loads of homework.

DS1 have cut down tremendously on TV time. DS1 is in P4 .

:hi5: :hi5: Absolutely true for the above! DD1 is also in P4 and except for weekends, she seems to have a school time that is equivalent to a working adult, 7am to 4pm! 🤷

Realise that she has lesser time for T.V. and even her favorite past time - the piano

DS just started P3 this year.

So far no impact yet since CCA only starts in term 2 and there is no significant increase in homework yet.

Lesser TV time on weekends, and lesser stayovers at my Mum's place. Nothing else changes otherwise. In fact, she has one additional class on Saturday morning in the school now and additional SYF choir practice after that, compared to previously.

The good side of it all is that my P4 has become a little more diligient, organized and better at time management. She even told me she wants to learn Yong Chun Quan :slapshead:

Yong Chun Quan! :rotflmao: My DS's school has Tai Chi and he's been talking about it too! But seriously, BlueBells, I think nothing beats seeing them coping well despite our worries.

Thanks, LadyInBlack. I am trying to, that's why I am asking around to prepare myself for the unexpected when my time comes. At least, that'll also make me appreciate our time now - still in honeymoon period 😉

:rotflmao: KSP, you mean stopped drinking milk from the bottle or stopped drinking formula milk? Surely not entirely?!

or perhaps stop drinking milk directly from mom's source!!
