I am also quite confuse with so many dimension and not exactly sure how big they are, so should I just get a normal one and what do we call the normal one just for flipping of fry fish, making sandwitch...as shown in the demo etc. But not the thinnest I guess .. but not exactly sure which is the one in the list, scared buy the wrong one.

The \"normal\" (shown on TV) one measures 5.5cm deep.
