Comparing Chinese Enrichment (Primary/Preschool)

Hi KSP,Hi titank,
Seems like you have done a lot of research in chinese enrichment courses. I'm looking for one for my P1 DD, next year P2. I have visited Jiang but find their class size is rather big (max can be 20+). However, I still quite interested in their 特选精英 class. What would u recommend? Thanks.
Ya researched quite a lot until I now blur liao! I had visited the Jiang Education where they also recommend me 特选精英. I had eliminate them as class size is like 1:20. :!:
I'm looking at P1 & N2 for next year intake (2010).
If really want to have small group size can try Xueni Lang, Han Lang. -
My P1 daughter started in Jiang this year for the Jingying class. It is a big class - actually more than 20 kids but mid yr they split the class into 2 so it’s now 15-16 kids.
I think big classes have pros n cons. My daughter had a bit of tough time getting used to the class size as she is naturally shy. I was seriously considering changing her to Han Lang as the size is smaller but I think she did benefit from her year at Jiang as she did well for her SA1/SA2. I have signed her up for P2 but I believe the classes are very full esp the weekend ones. I just managed to change class timing for her only because 2 students from the other time moved out.
The class is 3 hrs long - so your kid has to have a certain amt of concentration span. I think they try to make it quite interesting but can be heavy going at times for the written work part. The home work follows the schooltext but tingxie is harder words/phrases. I thought her teachers were quite nice, nurturing but firm. -

Xueni Language Centre is also not bad & usually they are in small group.
They are situated at many places but the main one would be at Jurong East (HQ). -
Good to refer..

Have you personally tried the program? Do share with us if you have any. Personally I had went down & they had demostrated the technique to remember the chinese character by picture. They are offering a free trial but I quite afraid being pressure to take up.
