All About Clothes Dryers

I use a ROMAN brand portable dryer and love it BUT the cons of portable dryer is u must hang the items out. Unlike a conventional dryer where everything gets thrown into the dryer.


The portable dryer is energy saving and I use it for rainy days, laundry emergencies and last minute needs. I do find myself running to the Laundromart across the road from my place on days when my load is too big for the ROMAN to handle. $1 for 5mijs though and we decided we wanted to buy a dryer, but praise God a friend called and wants to give us his TECNO dryer as he has a spare. HURRAH. Anyone knows if it is good and what thr energy consumption is like?

On months that u use the dryer, how much higher does it become?

I am using PEL company for my cloth dry, This specific company have great results and have great out. I am using to this one for 2 year. This is durable as well.

i’m also looking for dryer and wants to know how much more electricity it consumes in terms of $$$… anyone can quantify?

I have used this for 5 years now, usually during year end and rainy days thru out the year. Highly recommend it as it is cheap good functional and takes up little space.

24hr-mum, i read up a little on your dryer. seems good enough..... quite cheap too. but i dont understand... its vented dryer and needs no tube? how does it work? how much is a normal load..... sorry i always have this problem with load.... my washer too..... loaded my 1st washer till it died on me. now i know better. but for dryer? what is considered normal load for the 7kg dryer u using?

also having used a dryer... can u share what features u'd hope your current dryer have?
