told him many times that even if he knows how to solve problem sums, these simple arithmetic stuff is going to cost him and he still can go šŸ•ŗ

          :grphug: good afternoon All!

May I check any of you that your kid's school subscribes to The Little Red Dot Magazine? How to you find it?

          http://www.sph.com.sg/pdf/mediakit/7.%20English%20Publication%20-%20Little%20Red%20Dot.pdf
I find it quite good as the current affairs as well as some historical write up are written in simpler term for students to understand. They do have different reading levels to cater for different standard.

I think it is ok that the kid still using fingers for the 9x table šŸ˜‚ ..Dd1 said the class still did that but ultimately they must beat the speed and able to put the correct answer onto the worksheet.

CA1 is round the corner  šŸ˜“..DD1's school teachers have been dishing out school past year papers for them to practise   Was  when I looked at the Science papers, I almost :faint: - very challenging questions on section B and those MCQ questions choices answers are so close in meanings! :lightrod: :lightrod:

                    Happy Valentines Day!

Today morning,I advised to my son, when u watching youtube,u see any bad clip then don't see.His first question is \"why?\".Then I told him no good....close when u see any pop ups.If u click ok then virus will come to the computer. Then he shared that his classmates show already the \"bad\" vedios.I asked him what vedio, he said a man sexing a woman. :faint: :faint:
I hesitated to tell about this vedio,I just said \"bad\" vedio
Then I told him never listen this stories from friends. If anyone telling tell don't want to listen. He said one friend told that the other boy watch this.Luckily that boy who watched my son's enemy as he always bullied my son.He told me one day when he pullied my son,the senior boy sawed and advised that don't listened the bad words, just think a good music.
Recently my husband updated the antivirus with parental control.
Educate the kids is the best way.cos they can hacked the password and see curiously if we blocked.

                      Hi All mummies,

Just realised there's this group created. Was reading the earlier post. I'm a very cautious mum who will do whatever it takes to prevent DS expose to all this sex thingy since young. I read somewhere that some parent had started talking to the P4 about sex and I seriously have no clue how to begin..

                      are you one of those?

when the class did something about life cycle in science and talking about fertilised egg, my boy said he asked the science teacher how did the egg get fertilised. then he didn't go on to tell me what the teacher told him cos he just kept laughing šŸ˜† that the teacher mentioned the male reproduction organ. šŸ˜“
