Hi Parents,


I am looking for carpool around Yio Chu Kang / Ang Mo Kio to HCI as the school bus is already full and currently we are sending DS to school every morning but find it very straining. Therefore looking for alternative. Kindly pm me if you come across any. TIA

Dear Sama, can you please share the procedure fo dropping the MOE 3rd language.

Dear ER, here is the process:

1) Go to MOELC website to download the withdrawal form, hope the below link works
http://www.moelc.moe.edu.sg/withdraw/withdraw.html


2) Fill in the form and state your reason for withdrawal.

3) Pass back to HCI for approval on the withdrawal

It will take about 5 working days to process and they will notify you. There are clear instructions in the withdrawal form.

In fact, I just fill up the form yesterday and pass to my DS for processing today (ie to obtain school's approval)[/quote]

Hi season, just curious to know why yr DS wishes to drop LEP after just 2 lessons ?

He Find the lesson too chiam,btw he can hardly understand what the teacher said.last lesson he wasted the whole afternoon in the class doing nothing and the teacher is no whereabouts.so don't waste time .moreover LEP marks is counted, it might push his mean up further.

Tks sama. Will go to general office this afternoon .my DS said the classmate from 3rd language already got the form from general office.just submit together with a letter will do.3 hrs for a Malay lesson is too long, I don't mind if it is 1.5hrs.at least they can avoid the jam and still have time for homework. I like victoria system, the students go back the latest at 4.30pm.

Results will be announce after today , maybe later this wk. DS said all CCA excos will meet this evening to select d sec one boys they have short listed but some sec one boys are short listed by two or more CCA, so d excos will have to battle it out tonite. :nunchuk:

eclair u r most welcome. DS finished the selection meeting at 8.30pm said managed to get most of d sec one boys on his list , really an eye opening event :salute: but dead tiring event, cause it 4 consortium battling for it so started right after sch end.
Hope all sec one boys will get into d CCA they wanted.

mum42, could you share with us how the CCA allocation works ? Considering there are 400 over students, do the exco members go student by student to decide which CCA wants to take in each one ?
