Got 3 popular schs that ballot within 1km.
BPPS, Beacon and Greenridge.
Houses there also quite reasonable...

Considering 3 sch has ballot within 1km and zhenghua also ballot in phase2c supp, leaving only westview, I would not consider bukit panjang to be a choice I would relocate to. A good location should have enough phase 2c supp choices for back up if one intend to go ballot for phase 2c. IMHO .

Going by this criteria, maybe you should consider Bt Merah? :scratchhead:

Only one school needs to ballot within 1 km in P2C. There are at least two backup schools of considerable standards, too.

Only one school needs to ballot within 1 km in P2C. There are at least two backup schools of considerable standards, too.

My mistake. In Bt Merah, one school historically had to ballot in P2C for those staying within 1 km and one school required balloting for those in the 1-2 km category. There are at least two backup schools of cnsiderable standards.
