Hi all, I'm glad that I found this forum

My mum is very interested in the Happycall Diamond Fry Pan Black Edition, and does anyone knows where I can get it?
I've searched for it in lejel.com but they don't have it... So I'm browsing from Gmarket. I've also searched the reputable sellers from the above mentioned, but they don't carry it.... Help!
Hi xXxII,
Lejel does not carry the frying pan.
The Happycall Diamond Pan is available in these stores in the GMarket:
http://list.gmarket.com.sg/g/404040063/200007550
and I checked it is priced from $73.90 onwards.

Do feedback to me on the pan as I am keen to get one next time. -
I can't seem to get my chicken or fish skin to brown. Do I need to use very high heat for that?
Medium heat will do. how long did u cook it? normally 8 to 10 mins suffice .
if you want to have some crispy skin or chicken/fish, unlock the magnet with the cover down though..so that the water vapour can escape for a few mins.
Fish can coat with some corn flour to fry it.
Thx!
Finally got the crispy skin....but left the fish inside the pan for too long coz the rest of the dishes not ready yet....and my saba kinda became too dry!
HCP really have to trial and error to get it right!!

Interestingly enough, i noticed that BestGmall sells another pan which is similar in size to Ocher Pan but it is red in colour instead of brown.
In any case wanted to ask if anybody got the pots that the Lejei is showing on TV. Seems interesting. -

If you wan to cook for more portion then get a bigger one. I would think the deeper pan is better as we can cook gravy stuffs in it better like - curry or stew.
Deeper pan and Jumbo pans both comes in 2 colour red and ocher. The red one is believe to be of other design as it only got 3 layers of coatings as compared to the Ocher which comes with 5 layers of coatings.
Extract info:
The red colour pan with 3 layers Ceratinium Coating - Ceratinium Coating (Ceramic & Titanium Coating) for low nutrient lose cooking & shorten cooking time, more resistant to abrasion & corrosion coating.
Ocher pan - Coated with 5 Layer of Ceratinium (Ocher Deeper only) plus Ocher (Loess) which is for better food tasting, health and stronger prevention of abrasion. -

I'm intending to get from D-Seller on Gmarket, and although they state that the shipping is free, I'm wondering if they'll import taxes on the box of pans cuz I'm sure it'd be pretty heavy. Anyway, I'm intending to get the full set...
Can anyone enlighten me regarding this? -

Am new to this thread, can I find out where to find recipes for cooking on the Happy Pan?

May I know where we can find the info on Ocher pan apart from the Gmarket sellers? I checked the Happy call website but don't see the Ocher pans featured in product list. Only the Jumbo Grill in the brown color but the deeper pan does not come in deeper color. Did I go to the wrong website? Here's the website I was checking against.
