I withdrew my DS fr LV more than 2 mths ago but still hvnt gotten back the deposit till today and they gave me lots of excuses like year-end,lots of holiday,alot of K2 also withdrawing at the same time, CNY long break etc. :stompfeet:

I mean do all K2 parents experienced the same waiting time??

I feel abit pai say to chase them but its not a small sum (LV parents know best)....and i def can put that $$ into better use like buying books for my kids or go on a holiday with my family THAN to let them keep in their bank....... :mad:

Just received letter from LV that they rising their fees by another $100. *Cough cough
Not sure if this applies to all centres or not.
Hope the budget will hv some financial aid to cope with childcare fees.

Any feedback on LV at Sunshine place? Am looking out for preschool for my daughter when she reaches 18 mths. Not many around CCK and Bukit Panjang.

i juz given notice of withdrawal... hopefully i dun hfta wait too long before i see the refund. i need that to be placed as deposit for another CC manz.. hehe.

My increase is $130 starting May. gosh.. and they only recently up their fees in 2011.. i wish my pay is going up at such rates

Oh, seem that Lv is increasing the sch fee to a number of the Lv centre. Not sure bec of the change of mgt . Now they are under knowledge gp which mgt pat schoolhouse , oddessy , n Brighton Montessori . They are trying to perch more up market . find that really at their mercy.

they wanted to increase the fee by $300! From jun onward. N finally after negotiating , they agreed to spread out the increase to 3 years.
They cited the increase cost of staff.
Can’t the mcys provide subsidy n grant to the staff in child care since any increase cost will pass to the parents n this is the area that govt should be looking at n provide heavy subsidy to the industry if it want to encourage more birth rate!
