their fresh Indos (with experience in Indonesia only) is mostly at $410+$20,

say experience in Msia is abt $410+$20 to $430+$20,

and those with experience from Saudi, UAE, etc is abt $430+$20 to $450+$20..
think experience in Spore also abt this salary..
