It worked for us, leh. So far, we've always done it that way. We believe that if cannot get in, means God does not intend for it to be that way. Yes, pray, but never pray really really really hard, though.

The church & clan schools are classed as government-aided which means that they are only 90% funded by the government. The rest has to be obtained through fund-raising.

if he married like 5 yrs ago, most likely his child also enrol for P1 soon.
i suppose his child can go to any school in SG he choose. -
