Moudy toilet
-
If you dont mind spending, you could get a ventilator and fix to your toilet window. In the long run, it really helps take away the moisture.

Is it possible that this is due to high humidity in the area that you’re staying. I’ve this problem too and I think it is due to staying at Punggol.

It's common to get mould on the ceiling of toilets as when we take hot baths, hot air rises and condenses on the ceiling.
This provides moisture necessary for mould to grow, especially when we don't ventilate the toilet.
You can read more about what to do if you find mould in your home here https://zenithlab.com.sg/what-to-do-if-you-detect-mould-at-home/
Ventilate your toilet by opening the windows and door, or by having a ventilator at the window
If problem persists, you might need to get a dehumidifier in your home
You can try getting rid of mould by using a mixture of vinegar and water
If the mould is serious, you can consider hiring a mould removal specialist. -
Anybody has tried vinegar/bleach/tea tree oil to get rid of the mould? Did the mould come back after a few weeks?
-
I would like to know too. My side’s issues mainly on the clear silicone on the floor that holds the glass. I used to pour bleach on it but no use as it is kinda embedded inside it. I ever thought of scrape it out and replace it with new silicone but didn’t really do it as worry will affect the foundation of it…wait the glass come down. The rest mostly could just use brush to clean.
I m thinking of buying dehumidifier hoping for a drier feel in toilet. Saw a mini kinda rechargeable one online. I hang my wet dry clothes to dry in toilet too. -
Anybody has any idea to make the toilet feel drier?
