I asked my DS yesterday. He said if the children whose parents have signed will stand up and a sticker, then those did not sign will stand up too but no stickers. If collect enough stickers, can exchange a gift from FT.my dd said 2 other kids also made to stand up...
she said she doesnt feel good. nowaday if have any thg to sign, she will get me to sign straight away when she reach home.
any1 went for the parental talk last sat morning? is a 2 sessions workshop. i attended the chinese medium bec the english is full house. next sat is the part 2. interesting and informative.
I asked him if FT got punished him for standing in class, he said no. Don't know what he told me correct or not cos he doesn't really understand standing in class is a punishment. :slapshead:
I registered but didn't attend cos my MIL was hospitalised. What tips you learnt? -
oh, that is interesting.
my dd didnt mention stickers. kids that age still cant give 100% complete infor. sometimes we adults also miss out information… we do daydreaming too, .
maybe the standing up is not meant to be punishment… just that those who didnt get signature feel bad naturally.
The 1st session covers the 7 gifts in a child/adult. How to identify the gifts and nurture it. To build up a child’s self esteem and confidence. This help parents to understand the child better and nt to impose unrealistic expectation on them.
e.g some parents missed out the chance to learn piano, so they make the child learns (not considering if the child likes it or gifted in it). very miserable for the child… force learn sometime not interested.
you r going this coming sat? u r attending the chinese or english? may be we can meet up… -

ha ha.. ya, maybe you are right... Anyway, now it's good that your DD will automatically ask you to sign her work instead of you rummaging her bag. That's probably the teacher's intention. :evil:oh, that is interesting.

actually, last week alot of parents didnt turn up because some went for another workshop. the timing overlapped, so both english and chinese instructors were not happy.
u can still go for the second half because it covers different topic. if can, should try , i personally benefitted frm it! we can meet during the break time.
dd is excited that this friday they have leadership training… -

Anybody subscribed to the Add-Venture Maths magazine? I’ve yet to receive a single issue. It stated there will be 5 issues per term but now the 1st term is almost ending… sigh…

The programme is interesting... That time he is an assistant of the lecturer.
I remember he said that before 30 years old, he wants to be millionaire. That time he is only 26 years...
Time really flies, winkles coming out

Oh yes, I got them after I checked with the FT.
I think tomorrow's training is in the school compound cos if outside, the school will give us a form to sign.
