Perhaps you can try those toddler gym classes first..

They have a good range of kids adidas wushu shoes when we visited...

I think we paid around $90 .. ...much more comfy than the others.
But sometimes they run out of sizes when competition is around the corner.

thanks. definitely more expensive than the china branded one DS is wearing. I'll go check out the adidas one. Good footwear is important with all those twisting and jumping.
