I would say, all hardware are good - have seen the exterior of newer looking schools. But the software (ie teachers, materials) are all different and that makes for a lot of difference.


Around where I live, there are schools that are so hot one can only hope to apply if living within 1km (talking about 2C) and there are those that still have empty places after 2C Supplementary. If all are good, how come the consumers not biting? Please dun look down on ah sohs who go market - they will know best if the fish is fresh; and they are good sources to ask if a school is good or no good.
