      But we're not talking about the distant past, more like 30 to 40 years ago, excluding muslims of which polygamy is legalised. 😉

        Just a side track about mistresses, or third parties as I see it. It seems slowly but subtly society is more tolerant of them. Remember how in the past, mistresses were known as 狐狸精, now they have much nicer labels like 二奶 or 小三. All these seem to be the influence of HongKong and Taiwanese shows :siam:

        Luckily no 猪笼s were found 😄

          Actually I applaud the PM for not succumbing to pressure to hold HG by-election straight away. So many netizens making noise here and there calling by By-Election.


          I think PM is trying to settle budget 2012 and the parliament debate first, before holding by-election.

            it should be okay to hold the by-election at a suitable time, as long as it is not more than 1 year later

            some of the matters of the nation are cyclical in nature ..... anything more than a year is insincere and being opportunistic, and depriving the HG people of their rights to have an elected MP
