Can anyone tell me about HCL, what’s the benefits and the exam like ? I was told that they will take the HCL exam in Nov with the rest of the other subjects at "O" lvl and there’s no oral for HCL?

Does anyone has past year Sec 1 papers - SA1, CA2, SA2? or point to where we can get hold of them? It seems that Sec school papers are extremely hard to come by - even when they are sold - you can find only very few schools. I think it will help to use them as practice papers. Do share info on this if you have any. Tks!
