BPPS is gd, the zoo trip is FOC for the kids. Have to pay for the trip when DD was in pre-school. some primary schools have to pay for it.

No, it's not compulsory. That's why I wonder what happen to those pupils if they never sign up for it... But I guess all will sign up since it is sort of FOC. :evil:
