Just wan to share about my experience with CMA Abacus.


My dd really enjoy her CMA abacus class. Their materials are very suited to young kids for a start, with lots of pictures and fun games. In addition, they ensure all-rounded development, with actual abacus, mental and there are recital practices.

My dd joined this programme in Feb this year for the once a week class, and todate, she is able to do multiplication 2 digits * 1 digit, add / subtract up to 10 single / 2 digits numbers with just the abacus or number card. This, to me, is great progress considering she is only K1 this year.

My kid has been with CMA for the past six months. How big is a class in a CMA class on average? The one my kid's attending has approx. 15 students in one class and they are of different levels. Will the teacher be able to teach that many students and all at different levels?

For foundation class, average abt 12. Advance class, abt 15. If your child is in advance class, then it shouldn't be a big problem. Advance students are more independent n requires less guidance.
