There is actually 3 teachers(Eng,MT,Math) u can choose to make appt. U can click on the teacher (on the left) and check available slot to make appointment.

There is only the form teacher's name there as she is teaching both English and Maths. So all her slots are full.

My child’s classmate managed to book a slot with MT teacher.However when I checked with my DD,she told me only 1 student is from her class and the rest are all not .

For her form teacher slots ,all r taken up are by her classmates.

So do you have any idea what will happen to those parents that are unable to book a time slot with either teacher? For my case, it seems that only FT is on the teacher list.

:? I have no idea too.Maybe u can try to email your child FT? One mother told me her FT replied her email promptly during sch days.
Or any mummies or daddies can help to answer?

Hi smurf28, I hv called up the school to leave a note and also sent an email to my child’s FT yesterday. Still waiting for her reply or call. However I believe there shld be 19 parents that are in same situation where the FT can only meet 11 parents in 2 hrs.


I think the letter shld indicate alternative date if the given date is fully taken up. I understand that the FT is unable to meet up 30 parents in order not to disrupt her other lessons. Shldnt the school be clear on the letter what shld the parents do if they are not able to book a time slot.

I reckon maybe is only cater for Max 11 parents for term 1? Cause usually for other schools PTM are conducted twice a year, just my guessing…

I think I will call up the school again tomorrow to clarify. No reply from my child's FT since my email to her on Mon. Not sure whether teachers are also having holiday for a week. I think I will email to principal. :stompfeet:

If the PTM is only cater for 11 parents then it is unfair for the other 19 parents. May I know whether yr child is in Pr1 too?

My girl passes the letter to book the teacher’ timing one day after she receives it. I am unable to book a timing for her form teacher cos all slots taken. Left with about 3 slots left for the Chinese teacher and nobody booked the maths teacher timing.ended up I booked the Chinese teacher timing. Wah at least now I know must be kuai shou kuai jiao

I managed to book the last available slot with the FT.
My child is in P1 too.

Mine is only given 1 teacher who is my child's FT. She is teaching Eng & Math. MTL teacher is not on the list :? My child is in 1C. I hv called up the school this morning and the admin claimed that they are not so sure abt this booking system and hence need to wait for the reply fr FT after school reopen. If I can't get the booking slip which means that I can't meet any teacher on Mar 23rd?

I am :stompfeet: cos don't whether to apply leave or not on Mar 23rd. I don't understand why there is such inconsistent arrangement between classes. At least you hv 3 teacherson the list. Mine is only one. I don't mine to meet up the other teachers if I can't get the time slot for the FT.
