I have been using home keeper for 7 years. I using Elias Mall. My agent is very good and their service is good too.

I hired a new maid from them. The agent who served me was Shang Na.
She is quite helpful, gave me a number of selection to choose from.

Yes.... me too.
So far I have hired 3 maids from them over the years.
The agent there, Shufen and Rebecca whom handled my case are very experienced and helpful.
All the maids I hired so far are well trained in manners and their attitude is good.
2 of them had previous working experience in Singapore and my present one whom I have renewed the contract again had experience in KL.

Hi Anlynn...we have tried Homekeeper from another branch, generally service quite good. We tried the one at Bukit Timah.

Hi, I have gotten 2 maid from home keeper. The agent was Audreen from built timah who has served us. Service quality is good....no complaints on them...will I go back to them, YES.

My current maid for 2.5 years want to go home immediately because her mom was sick. My current agent can only provide me a maid after 2 months because of Raya period. So I tried Homekeeper in Bukit Timah after reading the good review here. My new maid came after 3 weeks and turn out to be a nightmare. She is ex saudi and we had to pay higher salary because of an experience maid. But she is worst than my other new maid...


Anyway I am working with the agent now for a new replacement. Hopefully the new one is ok.

Hi lemongrass78, how's the replacement? I also urgently need a replacement, i've asking around but most of them only can come in one month
