Innocent fella who lost his life due to someone else's irresponsible behaviour. Read that he has family in Johor with 4 young kids? Feel really sorry for his family. The PRC should be made to compensate the family.

No amount of compensation (tho will help ease financial burden) can compensate a life lost in vain (like in this case)... especially one who leaves behind a family of four... gosh, it sooo breaks my heart just thinking about it. This family needs both parents for the family.
