        Those who wish to donate can make cheques payable to ‘PUSPARANI A/P MOHAN’ and mail them to The Mogan Family, c/o Changi Airport Group, Corporate Communications, PO Box 168, Singapore Changi Airport, Singapore 918146, by the end of this month.

                may be he was working in singapore, and then lost all money at IR, going home without money can make a person go mad....just speculating without evidence hor

                  My first thought was that poor PRC probably really stressed by life in SG. If I were a PRC, gimme I also don’t want to come to SG! For what? Life here is so stressful, all of us already like frogs in the slowly-boiling water already no choice. But for those just came in here whether it is to work or live, surely the cost of living must be such a shock to them?

                    beijing and shanghai could be more stressful than singapore too
