      Hi ladies,

The step by step math (casco) hubby bought is way too diff for daughter. There are 3 levels...it's the challenging level which my daughter cannot manage.

I feel that Shaping Math is a good workbook. Will prob get it for P3. At least the higher order questions won't frighten her.

      :snuggles: :hugs: Janet,
Thanks for the sharing; appreciates much :salute:

For my P1 DD2, she has almost completed the following:-

Find the above book not too challenging but has the basis concept for P1 Maths.

Yes, Janet. The challenging type questions in casco step by step are really challenging. Similarly the challenging questions in Gradual difficulty Maths topical test are also bit hard for my DD. I just skip that part and continue with the rest.

Do you have visible thinking, Andrew Er improve your thinking skills, step by step by Simon Eio? Those are not frightening although they have star (challenging) questions here and there. Those challenging questions can be easily handled.

Thanks for recommedations. Will get visible thinking for P3.
For casco step by step, I will skip the challenging section. No point killing her interest nor frightening her now. She should still do higher order questions but not too difficult ones.

I saw a book from FAN-Math. Full of models. I think now they change the title. You can ask the staff at popular. They should be able to guide you.
