Not to worry so much about hypy.Its the first two terms that the school is super on in drilling, eventually comes to p6, I think at most just two or three questions are tested on it....
Focus on the han zi.

My P1 DD2 is also extremely weak with her HYPY :sad: and during the PTM last Sat with her Chinese T, he said in an encouraging way that it is quite common with the P1s and not to be too worry about it
Nevertheless, he did point out that it is good to have the strong foundation in HYPY

I think dd's colour pencils simi branded one... Simi can use water for simi water-colour effect... Wifey bought one... I also dunno simi difference...
I think next time change to normal ones... See got people want to borrow a not... :faint: -

I only buy 12 colors type for DD1. The 24 colours I only let her use at home if there’s art hw. -
